Geniee Vietnam is seeking a passionate Customer Success person who will work closely with the headquarters team in Japan to support any requests/tasks on the system. The position requires operators to understand Geniee's products (Geniee SFA/CRM) and to perform some of the following tasks:
- Understand normal business flow and be able to operate and work with systems/platforms.
- Join meetings with Japanese clients to collect their requests and support in setting up the system for them.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with related departments (Tech and Customer success team in JP Headquarter)
- Other tasks and reports assigned by managers/leaders.
- Perform Customer Success Assistant tasks
- Supervise the team's workload, handle new requests, conduct research, and provide guidance to team members.
- Other tasks and reports assigned by managers/leaders.
- Good command of Japanese (N2 level is a must) & basic English communication. Japanese speaking is at an appropriate level to communicate with our clients.
- Office equipment system skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office and related software).
- We accept on job training for candidates without experience in related fields, but having knowledge of operating SFA/CRM platforms or managing customer relationships is a plus.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in related fields (knowledge of Salesforce, or having led a team, worked as an IT
project manager, etc.)
- Having knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB or Velocity is an advantage.
