We are looking for a BFSI Consultant who enjoys working with clients, solving business problems, and connecting business needs with technology.
You do not need to be an expert in every area of banking or insurance. If you have strong experience in one or more BFSI domains and are interested in growing your consulting and technology expertise, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with BFSI clients to understand their business priorities, challenges and transformation goals.
Help shape technology solutions across areas such as digital banking, payments, lending, core banking, insurance or other financial services.
Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Contribute to solution proposals, business cases and transformation roadmaps.
Collaborate with architects, engineers,
project managers and other specialists to bring solutions to life.
Build trusted relationships with clients and support long-term customer engagement.
Keep up with BFSI market trends, emerging technologies and relevant regulatory developments.
Participate in presales and consulting activities for strategic BFSI opportunities.
Qualifications:
We are interested in candidates with substantial years of relevant experience in BFSI, banking technology, consulting, digital transformation, business analysis or related areas. You may come from backgrounds such as:
BFSI Consultant
Business AnalystProduct OwnerProject Manager
Presales / Solution Consultant
Banking or Financial Services Domain Specialist
Experience or knowledge in one or more BFSI domains would be beneficial, including:
· Digital Banking
· Core Banking
· Payments
· Lending / Credit
· Cards
· Insurance
· Financial Services Applications
We also value:
· Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
· The ability to understand business problems and work effectively with technology teams.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients and project stakeholders
· Experience with international clients, banking regulations, Cloud, Data, AI or Generative AI is an advantage, but not mandatory.
