We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Support Collaborator. This role is focused on providing exceptional technical assistance to our international customers using our Shopify applications.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and effective support to global customers regarding the setup and optimal use of our Shopify apps.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues encountered by users.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure swift and efficient resolution of complex issues.
Maintain clear, consistent, and timely communication with customers on case progress.
Execute other assigned tasks as needed.
Yêu cầu
Schedule: Regular remote shift from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM (UTC+7), Tuesday to Saturday (commencing after initial training).
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher).
Soft Skills: Hard-working, highly detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses a strong eagerness to learn new technologies.
Key Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and self-management skills are essential.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support, particularly within the Technology or E-commerce sectors, is a plus.
