What we expect you to perform:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email, chat, or online call, delivering clear and accurate information.
Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with the technical team to provide timely and effective solutions.
Guide customers toward achieving their desired setup results, offering advice and recommendations for optimal app usage.
Assist the development team in gathering customer feedback, refining the product backlog, and conducting product testing.
Contribute ideas to improve onboarding flow, FAQs, and help articles.
Assist in maintaining and updating self-service resources in the help center and internal documents.
Join BSS, if you:
Proficiency in English, with an IELTS score of 6.0 - 7.0 or a TOEIC score of 685 - 830.
Have strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Experience in customer service, and have basic knowledge or hands-on experience with web-based customer support tools, such as Crisp, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in technology or e-commerce, preferably working with Shopify apps.
To be a BSSer, you will have:
Salary: 8-15M VND, with reviews every 6 months.
