Key Responsibilities

Responsible for handling the entire process related to import shipments, verifying the validity of import documentation, and performing customs declaration procedures in compliance with current regulations. Specifically:

1. Receive shipping documents from customers or the Customer Service (CS) team.

2. Verify the legality of documents based on Vietnamese regulations, including product names, HS codes, applicable import policies, etc.

3. Prepare and submit customs declarations through the system, ensuring compliance with customs authority requirements.

4. Understand and manage the import process, including submitting MNF and releasing Delivery Orders (DO) when necessary.

5. Handle any arising issues during the process.

6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
