Set the direction and methods for improving store operation and monitor store KPIs to manage performance
Monitor aggregate KPI dashboard for daily store and staff performance
Managing monthly sales/traffic/NPS targets
[People Management.]
Secure human resources for the store by making hiring decisions for job positions
Monitoring and managing recruitment and HR-related tasks for the entire store
Establish and manage monthly work schedules for the entire store
Conduct daily stand-up meetings and staff training
Conducting assessments for the development of employees' skills and performance mgt., and appropriately allocating rewards within the allocated budget for the store

Oversee the business development team with function management
Constantly monitor overall store operation status and resolve issues if rise
Monitor online and offline public relations

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree of marketing/ or business administration or equivalent.
- At least 4 - 5 years' experience Store Management for Well-known Brands in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics...
- Strong knowledge and experience with Store Operation
- Strong leadership and Collaborative, Creative, resourceful & strategic minded.
- Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and high adaptability in a fast moving environment.
- Excellent English Skills, Able to communicate in Korean is an advantage
- At least 4 - 5 years' experience Store Management for Well-known Brands in Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics...
