Responsibilities
• Strategy & Vision: Establish the vision and strategy for the fintech domain within the organization, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Market Research: Continuously monitor the fintech landscape, identifying emerging trends, technologies, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Product Development: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop fintech products and solutions that cater to our customer needs and market demands.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of fintech specialists, ensuring continuous professional growth and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budget for the fintech domain, ensuring ROI on investments and projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, operations, and customer support to ensure the successful launch and adoption of fintech products.
• Presales:
o Develop Product technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending product approaches;
o Prepare and deliver business value solutions for Client, including proposal writing, presenting, and conducting proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
• Tracking and controlling the developments of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and technology operations
• Consultant Architect for Beginning other ODC Fintech Projects
• Making recommendations and present business advantages for technology initiatives and improvements
• Leading team in identifying, comparing, selecting, and implementing technology solutions and partnerships to meet current and future needs
