Must-Have Skills:
Power Apps Canvas: Development and design, Power Fx formulas
Power Automate: Cloud Flows (automated/instant/scheduled), workflow automation experience
Microsoft 365: SharePoint Online, Teams integration
General: Requirements gathering, solution design, Agile/Scrum, testing and troubleshooting, performance optimization
Communication: English
Nice-to-Have:
Advanced Power Platform: Copilot Studio, Model-driven Apps, Dataverse
Integration: Microsoft Graph API basics, custom connectors
Administration: Power Platform environment management, governance, DLP policies
Development Background: PowerShell, C# .NET, JavaScript/HTML/CSS
Cloud & AI: Azure fundamentals, AI/ML integration experience
Japanese language (N3+) and Japanese project experience
