What You'll Do
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction. You will oversee the demand and supply planning process to maintain optimal inventory levels. Your role will also involve managing logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. In addition to these responsibilities, you will support the Operations Manager in managing a small team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Gathering and compiling reports from various departments such as logistics, planning, sales, and marketing will also fall under your purview. Lastly, you will assist the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks and decision-making.
Lead and manage the after-sales service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Support the Operations Manager in managing a small team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate for this Assistant Operations Manager position will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management or a related field. You should have proven experience in operations management within the chemical industry. A strong understanding of after-sales service, demand and supply planning, and logistics is essential for this role. Excellent leadership and team management skills are required along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous. The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Lastly, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
