We're on a mission to scale our games through data-driven growth, and we're looking for passionate individuals to join our User Acquisition (UA) team. As a Data Analyst in UA team, you will work alongside UA managers and senior analysts, helping to track, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns across major platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok. This is a learning-first role where you'll gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data visualization, and performance tracking.
Key responsibilities
Support the tracking and analysis of ad campaigns (CPI, ROAS, LTV) to measure UA effectiveness.
Monitor and campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Assist in building reports and dashboards to visualize key marketing insights.
Conduct basic data queries (SQL, Excel, Google Sheets) to extract meaningful trends.
Work with CMO to identify patterns in player acquisition and ad performance.
Learn about A/B testing and contribute to improving ad creatives and targeting strategies.
Help optimize event tracking and attribution using tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
Stay updated on mobile gaming trends and marketing best practices.
Monitor user behavior and market trends to improve targeting and retention strategies.
Graduated/Soon to graduate a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, MIS, or related fields
0-6 months experience (internship, project work, or self-study in data analysis or marketing analytics).
Proficient in English.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts).
Understanding of SQL or Python (preferred but not mandatory).
Interest in
digital marketing and mobile gaming analytics.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
