Data Analyst

The Data Analyst candidate will manage all reconciliation reports to support jobs between Operation team and Data teams. The job concentrates to build/maintain automate code loop from getting data from exchange data server, by working with Data Engineers, collecting data from internal/external databases, and supporting OPS to validate on the data to make sure all data is consistent therefor minimize the risk. The position also supports on other tasks related if needed

Responsibilities

• Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to building BI solutions using existed cloud provided services, particularly, the automate reconciliation processes for reconciliation reports.
• Working with business sides/ OPS side in dentifying, creating, preparing data required for modern BI solutions also proposing business system modifications and devising data governance strategies
• Creating and documenting the tests to meet requirements.
• Maintaining, tuning and adapting applications to keep them performing to specifications.
• Proactive to provide and suggest meaningful solution to optimize the process
• Proactive communicate, align and work with internal and external stakeholder to get the task done

• Excellent knowledge of SQL/ Oracle analytical tools, and Python, other languages are preferable (PySpark, Java, C).
• Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,...).
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI,) is a plus.
• Good to know or experience in Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Data Bricks, Snowflake).
• Excellent English reporting skills.
• A methodical and logical approach, ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• An understanding of the ethics of gathering and working with data, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Open mindset, ability to quickly adapt new technologies /new bank working environment and learn new practice.
