CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Key Skills & Experience
GenAI & NLP Expertise: Proven experience in developing GenAI solutions, including 2+ years of hands‐on prompt engineering and building end‐to‐end GenAI workflows. Strong background (5+ years) in NLP, Transformers, and deep learning models.
Business Problem Solving: Strong business understanding and acumen with the ability to translate complex business problems into effective AI/DS solutions and deliver measurable impact.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent command of Python and PySpark is mandatory, with strong experience in production‐grade model development.
Communication & Collaboration: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
Advanced AI Capabilities (Plus): Ability to independently drive LLM or RAG, GenAI, Agentic AI, and NLP use cases, including end to end model development and application in real business scenarios
Domain Experience (Plus): Prior experience in the healthcare domain is highly desirable.
Overall Experience: 3+ years of overall experience in data science / AI roles.
