Responsibility
• Provide onsite and remote support for installation, configuration, and maintenance of Tibero database
• Liaise with end-users to resolve technical issues and provide feedback to our technical support team for Tibero DB
• Provide training to our partners and customers
• Pre-Sales and Post-Sales support, conducting PoCs, etc

•Salary: negotiable
•13th month salary: 1-month basic salary; after 12 months continuous working service
•Salary Review: each 12 months of continuous work
•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
•Location: Hanoi
Requirement:
• Oracle Database knowledge with certification or working experiences
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or other IT-related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in DB administration and development
• Skilled in general IT hardware and software troubleshooting in a business environment
• Be Able to communicate in English
• Willingness and strong passion for learning new technologies and practices
