Job Description
The Datacenter and AI Group (DCAI) and the Network and Edge Group (NEX) are responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions to our customers and partners. This role entails driving BU strategy, trends, and opportunities that align with local markets in Australia and Southeast Asia. The individual in this role is tasked with fostering alignment between Business Unit Sales and Country/Territory Marketing/Sales teams to enable the execution of product strategies, roadmaps, plans, and programs that cater to local customer needs. Responsibilities for this role encompass field and customer-related activities, including pre-launch preparation, launch and ramp readiness, partner enablement, oversight of marketing material development and production, as well as coordination of issue/opportunity management between the field and Business Unit Sales. This person will serve as a central point of expertise for Business Unit Sales in the country/territory: � Provide Cloud, AI, Network, and Edge marketing leadership for Australia and Southeast Asia, executing with and through the marketing leads in the respective countries. � Utilise advanced knowledge of the industry/technology practices and sales cycle unique to each country to acquire new customers, nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth. � Work in lockstep with sales and the regional Centre of Excellence (CoE) to develop collaborative, data-driven, insights-led marketing strategies and plans tied to the business. � Demonstrable understanding and experience of strategies, channels, and tactics used in the enterprise and mid-market customer and partner segments. � Adept at assessing market opportunity to make appropriate long-term strategic recommendations and investments whilst delivering on short-term goals. � Lead a high impact integrated marcom approach with an eye on innovation in collaboration with stakeholders across the business. Ensure the approach is mapped to a connected customer journey across the full marketing funnel with an integrated in-account content strategy targeted to customers and to, with, and thru partners. � Conduct strategic integrated planning partnering with sales on bottom's up plans with ROI focus. Ensure all activities are aligned to business and marketing strategic priorities. � Own budget management and ensure predictability. � Provide counsel, insight, and support for global, regional, and local led initiatives in the Territory. � Leverage regional and local marketing agency support as execution arm, ensuring deliverables are on track. � Ability to set targets, track, and report performance of direct and co-marketing campaign activities for quarterly business reviews and best practices sharing.
Qualifications
� Business / Marketing related University degree, Master's degree preferred � 8+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing, IT industry experience desirable � Strong team player with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships cross-functionally � Experience in Cloud, IOT, and AI is an advantage � Demonstrable experience in working with partners � Proven success in crafting and launching marketing strategies and plans with tangible outcomes aligned to the business strategy � Solid understanding of the full-funnel marketing approach and lead operations � Experience working across Marketing disciplines such as lead generation, account-based marketing, digital, customer journey, and product launch � Leads with integrity and professionalism � Entrepreneurial spirit � Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through � Exceptional end-to-end project management skills � Solid understanding of sales motions, priorities, and interlock � Exceedingly strong communication skills across all organisational levels and diverse cultures � Ability to navigate a complex matrix organisation � Proven success in delivering exceptional white glove customer experiences

Working Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
