• Define organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities for new delivery teams from the ground up.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring to ensure both technical excellence and cultural alignment with global client standards.
• Implement best practices in performance measurement and professional development to foster a high-performance environment.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to meet fluctuating project demands efficiently.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project portfolios with stakeholders in Australia, North America, and Europe.
• Ensure seamless operational communication across different time zones, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Translate complex market-specific requirements and global client feedback into actionable operational plans.
• Support the
Business Development team in "Pre-sale" activities, identifying opportunities to expand current contract scopes.
• Work closely with Sales to cultivate long-term strategic partnerships and provide technical/operational expertise during the proposal phase.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.
• Tailor Agile/Scrum methodologies for globally distributed teams.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies before they impact delivery.
• Monitor critical KPIs related to efficiency, quality, and financial performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineer or a related field
• Minimum 1+ years of professional experience within the Vietnam market.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience specifically as a Delivery Manager in the IT industry.
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading technology teams (e.g., successfully scaling from 0 to 15+ resources).
• Significant experience managing delivery programs for clients in Developed Markets, with a deep understanding of Western cultural and operational nuances.
• Experience contributing to Pre-sale activities and business development within a client-services context.
• Master-level knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management.
• Exceptional negotiation and executive-level presentation skills in English.
