- To have a complete understanding of, and adhere to the local authorities & comHandling practices
- To have a complete understanding of, and adhere to the Culinary standards relatingstandards in the venue
- To liaise with the Stewarding team in order to ensure high standards of cleanlinessmachinery, small Kitchen equipment, floors and fridges
- To follow all control and key procedures
- To ensure all "quality ingredients" are accurately ordered, received and stored follow
- To assist the storeroom Receiving Clerk in reviewing the quality of goods received
- To perform daily inspections of all walk-in refrigerators, reach ins, to ensure that prcompletion of your shift

* Education:
- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field
* Service years in the field:
- 5 years minimum in five star hotel or fine dining venue
- Language: Able to read and write basic English
