Mô tả công việc
- · The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the sales department for the products the Company is distributing in Vietnam.
- · Create strategic plans and business strategies suitable to the company's existing products.
- · Monitor regional business activities to promote sales to meet targets. Inspect, urge and support employees in the area to help employees solve difficult problems; Evaluate the work performance of members in the management area.
- · Implement and deploy the company's product development, sales and marketing policies.
- · Analyze market information, customer feedback and information about competitors and propose appropriate product development plans, business plans, and marketing activities.
- · Build and develop relationships with partners and medical units, plan strategic cooperation and companionship between the Company and partners. Directly negotiate and present products with partners, large customers to ensure implementation of approved business plans.
- · Training, coaching, capacity assessment and development of sales staff.
- · Perform other tasks assigned by the board of directors.
- · Report work progress periodically and/or unexpectedly at the request of the board of directors. Manage transactions, understand needs, find new customers and potential customers.

Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University or higher
- Experience with dental equipment is preferred
· Have experience of 2 years or more in a management position.
· Good communication skills (verbal, email and phone), negotiation - good presentation.
· Have good strategic thinking vision and acumen about business investments.
· Have professional ethics, personal reputation, and high responsibility for work.
· Have social understanding and extensive relationships with agencies, organizations, medical units and medical staff,...
· Proficient in using Ms Office and business results analysis tools.
· Foreign languages: Good English required (all product documents in English).
· Accept business travel if required by the job.
