- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to student assemblies, cultural celebrations, academic competitions, sports tournaments events across all six campuses.
- Proposing, planning, and effectively implementing complementary marketing programs for students and parents of the system to increase brand value and attract new parents and students.
- Venue Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure appropriate venues for events, ensuring logistical requirements are met, and necessary permits or permissions are obtained.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure necessary resources, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Student Event Activity Supervision: Organize and actively participate in the supervision of student event activities to ensure smooth operations, adherence to event guidelines, and the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges associated with events and implement proactive measures to mitigate these risks, ensuring the safety and security of all attendees.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debrief sessions to gather feedback, evaluate event success against predefined metrics, and identify areas for improvement in future event planning efforts.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in the development of event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines throughout the planning and execution process.
