Deputy Finance & Accounting Director

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar managerial position(preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry).
- Experience managing accounting teams of 8 or more people.
- Experience in an IPO company is a plus.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, financial accounting principles, and audit standards.
- Deep knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)** and financial laws.
- Certifications:Preference for candidates holding CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning, risk management, and accounting operations.
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (FAST).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to use it effectively in daily work.
