Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition cum T&D

1. Talent Acquisition:
• Perform analysis and forecasting the hiring needs of the departments;
• Create a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques;
• Take charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities;
• Motivate employees to be brand ambassadors and planning employee referral programs;
• Source and discovering a top talent for open positions using job boards;
• Design, plan and execute recruitment and selection processes;
• Plan procedures for enhancing the candidate experience;
• Lead, manage and supervise members of the recruitment team for evaluating recruitment efforts;
2. Training & Development:
• Conduct annual training and development needs assessment;
• Develop training and development programs and objectives;
• Administer spending against the departmental budget;
• Obtain and /or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media;
• Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events;
• Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources;
• Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results;
• Lead, manage and supervise members of the training and development team for evaluating their work efforts;
3. Staff Engagement:
• Create supportive work atmosphere - Relationships through department and cross-department activities/ projects (team building, sport activities, parties & celebrations);
• Create dynamic communications content to support Company's Purpose, Objectives/ Goals through Kick-off meeting, Quarterly Town Halls, Intranet, Forum, Newsletter;
• Embed Company core values through communication, engagement activities;
4. Other HR tasks:
• Build up, implementing and operating the HRIS;
• Participate in several HR projects;
• Support company events: Kick-off meeting, Quarterly Town Halls, Team building, Year-end party, ect.;
• Make weekly, monthly, ad-hoc reports;
• Other tasks are assigned by HR Head.
