Mô tả công việc

Promotion Preparation & Execution:

Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities
Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages and offline POSM.
Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio
Understand the Category strategies and implement promotion campaign including but not limited to Monthly Promotion, Online Sales and other promotional activities
Liaison between Merchandise team and Marketing team to execute marketing activities for cooperation between brand suppliers and Phong Vu brand
Propose, execute, monitor and centralize report for marketing activities committed for brand suppliers
Participate in the development of integrated marketing communication plans applied for different type of events: store opening, clearance sales, activation, corporate workshop, brand activities,...
Propose and manage budget accordingly to approval from Head of Marketing
Supervise the progress of multi marketing activities executed by Brand Executives & other team such as Digital & Social.
Work closely with Design - Digital - Content team in building effective communication plan

Communication:

Coordinate and serve as the contact point between Retail Marketing team and other departments
Contribute to the preparation of the monthly promotion, brand sales, online sales, flash sales by providing relevant cross-functional information, POSMs, internal communication, external communication to guarantee traffic to both offline and online channels
Participate in meeting with different departments for sharing information, understanding the expectation, and enhancing mutual cooperation for the success of the company

Agency Management:

Be responsible for selecting, evaluating and finalizing marketing agencies (media, TV, OOH, press,...)

People Leadership:

Be responsible for leading, coaching and supervising the performance of all Brand Executives
Support and provide guidance to Retail Marketing with regards to daily tasks, POSM, and promotion information

Yêu cầu

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Development or relevant field
At least 3 years' relevant experience as Marketing Teamlead/Junior Manager in Retails, FMCG, Digital Marketing or E-commerce
Technology lover; experience in ICT business is a plus
Good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FB Analytics, Ahrefs, Zalo Official Account, Tiktok,..
Good attitude at work: honest, hardworking, punctual and passionate
Can- do mindset. Be proactive with initiatives for improvement.
Strong results-oriented and data-driven. Experience in managing performance marketing campaigns is an advantage.
Capability to plan, monitor and track target until achieving the target
Strong communication with different target audiences, presentation skills, project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to achieve success under pressure and take charge of multi assignments simultaneously.
Ability to lead, motivate and build a successful team
Good at English, written and verbal
