We are looking for a talent who is suitable for the position of Deputy Production Manager - BOPP Film Manufacturing to join Stavian to #GOGLOBAL with the following criteria & work:
- Assist in Production Planning: Work closely with the Production Manager to develop production schedules, allocate resources, and set production targets.
Hỗ trợ Lập Kế Hoạch Sản Xuất: Làm việc chặt chẽ với Quản lý Sản Xuất để phát triển lịch trình sản xuất, phân bổ nguồn lực và đặt mục tiêu sản xuất.
- Oversee Operations: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that the manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Giám sát Hoạt Động: Giám sát hoạt động hàng ngày tại xưởng sản xuất, đảm bảo quy trình sản xuất diễn ra trơn tru và hiệu quả.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure that the BOPP films produced meet the required specifications.
Kiểm Soát Chất Lượng: Thực hiện và giám sát các tiêu chuẩn kiểm soát chất lượng để đảm bảo màng BOPP sản xuất ra đáp ứng các thông số yêu cầu.
- Maintenance Dept. Coordination: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure that machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition.
Phối Hợp với bộ phận Bảo Trì: Phối hợp với đội ngũ bảo trì để đảm bảo máy móc và thiết bị luôn trong tình trạng tốt nhất.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the production team, providing training and support as needed.
Quản Lý Đội Ngũ: Lãnh đạo và động viên đội ngũ sản xuất, cung cấp đào tạo và hỗ trợ khi cần thiết.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve production processes and increase production efficiency.
Cải Tiến Quy Trình: Liên tục tìm kiếm cách để cải thiện quy trình sản xuất và tăng hiệu quả sản xuất.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Tuân Thủ An Toàn: Đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động sản xuất tuân thủ những quy định về an toàn và các chính sách của công ty.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production progress and challenges to senior management.
Báo Cáo: Chuẩn bị và trình bày báo cáo định kỳ về tiến độ và thách thức sản xuất cho ban quản lý cấp cao.
REQUIREMENTS
Experiences/ Kinh nghiệm:
- Experience in a manufacturing plastic film, especialy in BOPP film./ Kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất màng nhựa, đặc biệt là nhựa BOPP.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills./ Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và tổ chức mạnh mẽ.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities./ Khả năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards./ Hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất, kiểm soát chất lượng và tiêu chuẩn an toàn.
Skills/ Kỹ năng:
- Experience with BOPP film production technology./ Kinh nghiệm với công nghệ sản xuất màng nhựa BOPP.
- Familiarity with industry-specific machinery and equipment./ Quen thuộc với máy móc và thiết bị đặc thù của ngành ( máy đùn, máy tạo khuôn, máy kéo giản màng, định hướng màng...)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously./ Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và quản lý nhiều nhiệm vụ cùng một lúc.
Qualification/ Trình độ chuyên môn:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management./ Bằng cấp Đại học về Kỹ thuật, Quản lý Công nghiệp.
- English: Ability to read technical instructions./Tiếng Anh: Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật
