JOB DESCRIPTION:
Organize and manage consultant relationship management activities including new consultant development; develop current relationship at executive and decision-making levels via various client engagement activities
Lead consulting support activities for projects through Consultants such as spec in, design support, in house training, seminars to Promote of Daikin products and applications. Follow-up post spec-in together with Project Sales delivery team to ensure sales cycle is captured and followed through by Daikin sales teams
Provide technical advice for internal sales departments, most importantly Project Sales team and Developer team, for important decision making relating to projects and owner's engagement
Organize and develop consulting sales team with a consideration for balance between technical expertise and sales engagement activities
Continuously update with Daikin's and competitor's latest specs and provide feedbacks/requests for Vietnam markets to ensure Daikin products are always at a technical and commercial advantage
Closely liaise with other departments such as Project Sales, Developer Team and Technical support team to work effectively and win projects
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Project consulting with HVAC background
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with at least 5 years of managerial experience. Prior experience in consulting companies or HVAC companies is a must.
Solid knowledge of the products, experience on design of air conditioning system and heat load calculation
