Job Description:
1. Process Development:
• Follow up with Design team and Customer to review and fix DFM for new products
• Follow up with Design team for progress of making tooling and sample
• Coordinate with QA to complete FAI and PPAP Doc.
• Gather process parameter for sample stage and come out parameter for MP stage
• Make Control plan, PFMEA, WI, Check sheet,...
2. Production Support:
• Troubleshoot for daily production issues related to die casting
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements
• Control mold shots and make sure mold is maintenance propriate
3. Improvement Activities:
• Study mold structure, mold flow to come out improvement solution such as change mold design, change process parameter to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
Yêu cầu
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
2. Working experience: 5+ years experience in aluminum die casting
3. Familiar with MagmaSoft, ProCast,...
4. Experience in making Doc' such as Control Plan, PFMEA,..
5. Experience in automotive or precision manufacturing is an advantage
6. Able to communicate in English
7. Can travel oversea (China) for training
