Die Engineer

1. Supports Excellence.

• Participate in and support six sigma, lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Implements systems to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports
2. Main Job Function
• Define maintenance program for Die and Applicator.
• Ensure all maintenance activity is done as per schedule
• Minimize downtime Die and Applicator.
• Maintain adequate no of spare parts.
• Supervise technicians assigned to him, this shall include job delegation and training.
• Maintain accurate database for crimping standard.
3. Develop Verification Procedure
• Develop verification procedures according to EOS.
4. Fabrication of New Die.
• Ensure die is fabricated as per EOS standard.
5. Supports
• Supporting Health & Safety activities of the plant
• Support implementation of DMS and developing of EOS work instructions
• Support ISO 14001
• Support Training Execution
• Complies and support corporate internal control policies and procedures at all times.
