RESPONSIBILITIES
• WSD & MSD for New Projects
• Investment for New Projects
• Standard time updating for ECN
• Support Manufacturing to achieve target efficiency
• Board Release for Spares
• Line Release for Spares
• Prototype & Tooled Up sample Building
• Support OS Implementation
• Support APQP
• LE and OEE Improvement.
• Prototypes developments
• Lean Manufacturing.
• Responsible for Capacity adjustment as per volume fluctuations (In CC/LP/FA).
• Preparing of Budget PFMEA, VSM and Process Change Management
• Project Management Support
• Internal Control
• Knowledge of TPM/PM
• Knowledge of ROB, ATBU, Holders.
• Knowledge of Board Building (Pack board, Master Board, Duplicate Board, Tooling)
• Manpower handling and shift planning.
• Coordinating current projects
• Health & Safety
• Good Exposure of ERPs like SAP, Oracle, MFG PRO
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS
• University
• Experience in AUTOMOTIVE
• Speak, write English well
• Good skill in PC and software
• BE / B-tech in Electrical / Mechanical trade along with minimum 03-05 years of experience in IE, Greenfield & • Brownfield Projects
• Honest, motivation and hardworking enthusiasm
• Work independent and team work good
