I. Job Purpose:
- The Digital Business Assistant is responsible for supporting Supervisor in implementing, monitoring of digital signage projects at stores effectively. He/ She will support team for all administrative jobs such as payments, forms completion.
II. Accountabilities:
- Follow up jobs happening follow Manager's instruction
- Check & follow up all payments status to make sure no overdue to third parties
- Support team in following up with stores (SM/AM) for on-going matters.
- Work with related teams (Merchandising, Food Service, Services...) to complete all required documents.
- Be responsible in all related documents and take care of all administration ei. Payment, forms' completion required...

III. Job Skills and Qualifications:
- College or University graduated
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook),
- Negotiation Skills/ Communication/ Good at details and precision/ Passionate, Integrity, dare to do different, technology savvy
- Careful, Detailed, hard working.
