You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that enhances our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and supports our marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and manage digital content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Develop compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand voice guidelines.
Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform content strategy.
Identify gaps (if any) in overall content strategy and recommend updates
Understanding of content clusters and content pillars
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective content.
Optimize content for SEO to improve site visibility and organic traffic.
Analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
Assist in the development of content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content in line with marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing, content writing, and the retail and hospitality industries.
Excellent communicator (Proficient at English speaking and writing skills).
Comfortable presenting work to and interacting with global teams
Ability to work quickly and independently, but also as part of a team
Repurposing content for new formats and channels.
