DIGITAL MARKETING• Develop and implement digital marketing plans in alignment with business and departmental objectives.
• Manage stakeholders, including media agencies, internal teams, and regional teams, to ensure tasks are delivered and campaigns are launched on schedule.
• Work closely with Branch PICs to ensure digital activities support retail business objectives.
• Manage the media plan budget effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor and analyse competitors' digital and communication campaigns, and recommend appropriate counteractions.
• Update the website with the latest products, events, news, and promotions.
Prepare digital performance reports as required by the Supervisors & Manager.
2. CREATIVES & CONTENT
• Adapt/ Create artwork and digital assets for effective use in media - communication - event activities.
• Work closely with creative agencies to ensure in-time final deliverables
• Develop and manage content for company owned media channels (website/ social medias)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams and Project.
• Able to work under high pressure
• Strong numerical, logical thinking and detail-oriented
• Multi-Tasking capability, well organized, deadlines and KPIs compliance
• Good in communication, being solutions-oriented, result-oriented
• Responsibility, creativity, open-minded and willing to learn
