Digital Marketing Analyst & CRM

If you are, hit us up as we are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing analyst that can draw helpful insights from the marketing channels and customer data to drive customer acquisition. You will have a chance to work with the marketing technology platforms and transform the insights to the CRM campaigns, yet move the customers down the funnel.
***What you are in charge of:

• Identify different segmentation criteria based on audience behaviour, demographic, geographic, psychographic characteristics, etc.
• Monitor and assess the performance of the digital marketing channels such as social media, digital ads, websites etc.
• Track marketing campaign metrics to optimize marketing efficiency
• Produce actionable insights and make recommendations for both business-as-usual campaigns and key marketing initiatives based on the the CRM data
• Closely monitor live funnel data and work with the marketing and sales team to develop initiatives to move customers down the funnel.
• Execute all the lifecycle marketing campaigns (CRM) including email, App push, web push, and others
• Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop copy/content for the CRM campaigns
• Run A/B tests for all campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance
• Monitor, analyse and optimise exciting automated journeys and develop new ones
• Work with HQ team to execute best practices and CRM strategies to:
  • Retain and re-market to existing customers
  • Grow new leads
  • Increase brand advocacy
  • Ultimately develop an active community.
