Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Digital Marketer and Communication Specialist to join our team in Hanoi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, as well as managing internal and external communications to enhance our brand presence and effectively engage with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, promoting our services, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
A. Digital Marketing
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, website, content marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, display advertising, and social media advertising, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
B. Communication
- Create compelling and engaging content for various communication channels, including website, blog, social media, press releases, newsletters,..
- Design marketing collateral like banners, posters, standees, signage, flyers, goodies, ..
- Manage social media accounts, monitor online conversations, and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, webinars, conferences, and other promotional activities.
