General Job Purpurses:
Responsible for Night-life's brands of GuruGroup. In charge of marketing activities especially for night-life: planning, digital, social media, CRM, event tracking, supportand work closelynight-life's operations
Details Strategy
-Capture trends and develop powerful strategies
-Complying with company policies and procedures, optimizing capacity based on measuring financial ratios.
-Develop planning and stretegies with Marketing manager and operation
Branding
-Promote the company's existing brand and introduce products/services/concepts to the market.
-Forecast and well manage monthly, quarterly, and annual night-life'sbudgets and use the budget most effectively
-Research and develop MKT opportunities and plans.
Digital MKT
-Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
-Create good and engaging content for the company's website and blog to attract and convert according to the company's goals.
-Testing and selecting paid and free communication channels, content management, advertising costs, event management, media campaigns, lead generation campaigns, results analysis, effectiveness capacity.
-Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and evaluate based on goals
Customer Relation
-Maintain relationships with key customers by caring, understanding needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
-Coordinate with outlet/Sales to propose promotions, events, prices, products.
