1. Marketing Strategy Development
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies based on market research and data analysis.
- Identify and propose online advertising, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital content strategies.
2. Digital Content Management
- Create and manage content across social media platforms, websites, blogs, emails, and other digital channels.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and mobile compatibility.
3. Online Advertising
- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze and evaluate advertising performance to optimize strategies and increase conversion rates.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate and deliver regular reports on marketing performance and propose improvement measures.
5. Strategy Performance Enhancement
- Conduct research and testing of new techniques and tools to improve digital marketing performance.
- Continuously update and optimize strategies to respond to market dynamics and consumer behavior.
6. Collaboration and Partnerships
- Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Design, and Product Development to achieve common goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, media partners, and influencers.

At least 2 years of experience working in Digital Marketing or related field.

2. Skills:

Ability to manage content on social media platforms and websites.
Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights.
3. Personality:
Creative and adaptable in proposing and adapting to new marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively.
Strong teamwork spirit and ability to work independently.
