Conduct market research and analyze customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Plan and run
digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, SEO, Email, etc.
Support website administration and basic programming tasks.
Optimize campaigns using data (CTR, CPC, CPM...) and report via Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
Work with Content, Design, Tech, and CRM teams to improve campaigns, user experience, and remarketing.
Manage vendors and propose creative ideas to enhance marketing performance.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
At least 01 year of experience in digital marketing, Real estate industry is a plus.
Strong skills in planning, analytics, and campaign optimization.
Familiar with key metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.
Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite, Search Console.
