Strategy and Budget
Overall digital marketing execution to help drive room direct revenues for all the hotels managed.
Maintain overall hotels' digital budget and related vendor, agency relationships .i.e.
Supporting billing and invoicing needs with each individual hotel.
Be responsible for status calls to review performance reports as well as set goals and objectives with BOD.
Digital Marketing
Manage all digital advertising activities across platforms, SEO, Email marketing etc.
Maximise the PPC plans that fit each hotel's goals and objectives.
Ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst all hotels in the Group and no business-related conflicts. i.e. bidding on same keywords, etc.
Support on projects such as website and or landing page development and other digital marketing initiatives at the hotels as necessary.
Oversee daily, weekly, monthly reporting, analysis and reporting of PPC or SEO campaigns and website's revenue performance for each hotel.
Collaborate with the Marcom team to ensure SEO best practices are used where applicable, especially for the hotel websites such as content management and traffic driving tactics and strategies to improve natural search performance and ensure content is up to date and optimised.
Conduct keyword research with a variety of third party tools in order to identify content gaps against customer needs, and share data and recommendations with the content team.
Be the main driver to acquire and retain links on 3rd party websites, by advising and collaborating with the Marcom team for opportunity reach activity.
Other Duties
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the hotels' policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
Exercises responsible behaviour at all times and positively represents the hotel and the Group.
Attends training sessions and meetings when required.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, particularly in executing and optimizing effective Google Ads campaigns for multiple hotels and real estate properties.
A university degree in Economics, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
In-depth understanding of social media platforms, advertising trends, platform algorithms, and website performance analytics.
Strong creative thinking, solid data analysis skills, and the ability to present reports clearly and logically.
Keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Concise writing and fluent verbal communication skills in English.
