About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The primary KPI is the number of qualified leads applying to our programs. At CoderSchool, a successful marketing manager is able to get as many people as possible to be interested in our programs. We have big dreams and a great program. Help us reach as many people as possible so we can change as many lives as possible.
The successful marketing manager will accomplish this by focusing on:
Planning, tracking, and analyzing marketing campaigns for reach, cost, and effectiveness
Optimizing paid marketing channels - using Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and getting the best results out of each (generally measured by Cost Per Conversion)
Event Marketing - planning, creating, and executing valuable online experiences to educate and attract potential customers.
Driving organic referral growth from current and past learners.
Content Marketing / Website+SEO Optimization
Things You'll Be Responsible For:
Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly planning to hit our marketing targets
Marketing budgets and our Cost Per Qualified Lead
Our public brand identity
Build a high-performance marketing team providing the right motivation, guidance, and inspiration to do their best work.

Yêu cầu

Demonstrable experience in planning and managing mixed marketing channels across earned, owned and paid media channels
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking, project management, and execution skills to manage a cross-functional team
Having an open-minded mindset, always be a learning attitude
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field
Having at least 5 years of experience in the Marketing field, preferably experience in technology, SaaS, ed-tech industry
Having at least 2 years of management experience with a team of 3 people or above
A startup or new product experience is desired, but not required
Ability to write and converse well in Vietnamese and English
