Digital Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for all activities to grow Performance Marketing Services and Solutions, including:
(I) Media - Plan and Optimize traffic from on- and off-eCommerce platforms to drive the best conversion to sales
• Lead a team of Media specialists to optimize traffic to online stores on marketplaces, social commerce, and [protected info]
• Plan and execute all digital marketing projects including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Manage tools of eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki) to support project/campaign planning and execution
• Plan and execute social commerce activities including influencer and KOL marketing
• High familiarity with performance marketing products, metrics & optimization; deep knowledge of digital marketing products to drive better performance marketing
• Develop and execute a strategy to improve Returns on Advertising Spend, and build up alternate sources of traffic, including affiliate marketing
• Analyze online store/site performance and plan to increase traffic and sales
• Good and knowledge of marketing & business foundation: consumer journey & conversion flow
• Good sense of data analysis & insight generation to grow sales and business performance
• High capacity to handle large amount of data and analysis
(II) Data-Driven Marketing (DDM) - Leveraging Big Data, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning to Provide Personalized Offers to Shoppers
• Formulate and execute strategic framework and business case on DDM solutions and campaigns
• As the business owner of DDM solutions, lead cross-functional teams comprising Technology, Data & Analytics and Commercial to conceptualize, implement and offer DDM solutions to our brands
• As an incubation project, continuously innovate and develop quick pilots to test out different solutions. Leverage on data, insight generation, and learnings from pilots to shape DDM solution
• Develop partnerships with various digital Platforms in different industry verticals to enrich Onpoint data, and deliver value-added propositions to our Brands and Shoppers
• Accountable for excellence in execution of DDM solutions for our Brands, ensuring consumer centricity and the best User Experience
• Provide regular updates to Senior Management on progress, outcomes, and performance metrics
• Good sense of data analysis & insight generation to grow sales and business performance
• High capacity to handle large amount of data and analysis
(III) Manage team P&L, report, and participate in periodic business reviews with the management team
