About the role
Drive business impact, develop strong digital and technology and continuously elevate output to deliver best in class solutions for clients and agency
Job Responsibility
1. Strategic planning
Develop market-leading performance/ branding strategies utilizing the relevant channels within the client remit.Understand client products and commercial objectives as well as clients themselves.Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation, and post-campaign review for your set of brands.Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/ develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
2. Project management
Organize and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure an efficient and integrated way of working.Build client satisfaction by soliciting feedback and operating as a consultant.Work with team members/ managers to control workflow and resource allocation, prioritizing where necessary and managing client expectations.Able to guide and supervise the implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, finance operations, and traditional media buying operations.
3. Data Management & Analytics
Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement to ensure continuous optimization.

Yêu cầu

Requires an exceptional strategic planner with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plansExcellent understanding of paid media channels. Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools (GA4, GTM, Looker, etc).Strong quantitative/ analytical skills and ability to drive forward-thinking while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving.Results orientations with strong independent and team project management and time management skills.Ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports, and set benchmarks.Having 3-5 years of client servicing experience in a media agency is advantageous
