GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Senior Digital Marketing Executive is a critical role in Digital Marketing & Ecommerce (DMEC) Team, functioning and managing Digital Experience platforms & Digital Marketing Campaigns of Panasonic Sales Vietnam.
The hiring role is expected to be specialized in Digital Platform Project Management, extensively experience in coordinating & co-working with different stakeholders to build up CRM platform, Omnichannel platform, and other kinds of Digital Experience platform.
An ideal Senior Digital Marketing Executive should be skillful in Design Thinking, Agility, and Sprint Design (plus). He | She has solid skillsets of project management, resource & human management, and time management. He | She is toward learning-eagerness, constant growth & improvement in an international working environment.
DETAILS:
1. Digital Experience (Dx) Platform Execution:
+ Liaise with multi-stakeholders in DX Project, such as Project Leaders, Project Members, Marketers, Ecommerce, Finance, Customer Services, Technical Development and so on, in both Global | Regional & Local to co-ordinate and manage overall DX platforms.
+ Lead all executional projects under Digital Manager and Project Leader's directions and supervisions, holistically do Execution, do Documentation, and do Report.
+ Provide Customer Insights and Customer Experience | UX|UI based on Data & Customer Analytics, UX Analytics, Web's Analytics, Ads Manager, Audience Insights, Social Listening, and relevant Digital tools.
+ Create a timeline, dashboard, reporting templates, and interactive portals to communicate with all stakeholders in assigned Projects to ensure projects move forward to the project's expected outcomes at each milestone and to the project's expected KPI settings.
+ Strong capacity & capability for DX projects, Ecommerce projects with technical understanding, and data alignments with stakeholders.
2. Digital Marketing Campaign:
+ Work with multi-stakeholders: Category Marketing, Product Marketing Communications, Agencies, Customer Services, Sales, Design and Technical Team to advise and plan Digital Marketing Campaigns, include: Insights, Concepts, Digital Content, Media and KPIs.
+ Oversee and optimize digital campaign's performance based on real-time Google Analytics, Data Studio, interactive Reporting portals from Agencies, Regional and Global Teams.
+ Provide Digital Expertise, Digital Consultancy in Customer Insights, Digital Media, Web UX|UI Development, Technical Implementation (Ecommerce MSP, CPAS, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Social Listening, HTML5, Data Management Platform, and more).
+ Get familiar with managing web tools, eCommerce platforms: Google Analytics, Adobe, Magento, Haravan, Shopify, CRM, and so on.
OTHER TASKS WILL BE ASSIGNED.
