PLANNING (50%)
Identify viable media objectives and KPIs, and recommend/ develop measurement methodology.
Develop full media strategy/ approach across different digital media platforms, considering budget, priorities, and impact based on timelines and objectives.
Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations (if any).
Collect, research & update the team and clients on new trends and changes in media landscape (new media vendors, new ad formats ...).
Articulate strategies and recommendations in a non-technical tone, depending on who the audience is.
MONITORING (40%)
Monitor and evaluate on the effectiveness of different media channels.
Manage implementation and collaborate with media owners, agency partners, and internal buying teams to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time.
Use various research, tracking & trafficking tools to produce post-campaign reports.
Understand the end-to-end financial process applied for media buying and execute finance operation of our company/ vendors with accuracy.
LEADERSHIP (10%)
Act as a trainer and mentor to team members, using supportive/collaborative approaches to build/support their skills continuously and to prepare them to take higher position.
Monitor and appraise high-performing team members.
