Job Overview:

As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth for our school. You will work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve our objectives. You will also be responsible for managing and implementing digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels including search engines, social media, and display advertising.

I. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive website traffic, lead generation, and student enrolment
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving campaign performance and optimizing ROI
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
Collaborate with content marketing team to develop and implement content strategy that aligns with overall digital marketing goals
Create and manage landing pages and conversion rate optimization strategies to increase lead capture and sales
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and meet business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into campaigns to continuously improve performance

II. Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in communication, journalism, PR, Marketing
More than 3 working years at the same position in education, services, journalism, media, and marketing
Good creative ideas, graphic & clip editing skills
Good writing and communication in English and Vietnamese and well relationship establishment skills
Problem-solving and team-work skills
Good aesthetic sense and creative ability
Enthusiastic, love to work with children
Thorough, detailed, diligent in learning, and commitment to the assigned tasks
Having many relationships with Digital/ Marketing agency

III. Benefits:
