JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
As a Digital & Performance Marketing Executive at Diag, you will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategy and execution. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing performance-based marketing initiatives to increase patient acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, landing pages, email, and display advertising.
Monitor leads and do analysis on conversion, and investigation for seeing what can be improved. Work with sales and operations to implement anything as needed for marketing and sales improvement.
Set up tracking to monitor performance of campaigns and traffic to landing pages and website
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report on ROI and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conceptualize and create engaging content that will build a community and elevate our brand
Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the healthcare marketing space.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experienced in media buying on online platforms including; Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Bing Ads,...
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager), content management systems and able to work with editorial team.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
Passionate and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related marketing software/tools
