The part you will play
We are looking for a Performance
Marketing Executive to be based in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid's overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class
digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client's objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing.
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will take charge of
Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across ecommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and TikTokshop), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).
Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations
Create A/B testing frameworks and implementation to ensure consistent growth
Manage Analytics and performance report sharing with clients, advising them on optimization potential and insights

What we are looking for - the ideal profile
Experience in the Healthcare/FMCG online retail sector, understanding the key aspects of this category such as customer buying power and behavior, commercial & media channels mix
Experience in (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience, either working with e-commerce platforms or a marketing role in a media agency/e-commerce enabler/distributor.
Must have extensive knowledge and hands-on campaign execution experience on ecommerce Marketplace Search Ads (Lazada, Shopee) as well as experience in different digital media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Instagram ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.,
Has proficiency in business communication in English, capable of handling daily communication with clients and managing regular meetings effectively.
Possess basic project management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Understanding of performance success metrics as well as tracking tools (ecommerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager) is a plus
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced client-driven start-up and ecommerce environment
