Digital Retail - HR Business Partner

1. Control and evaluate the recruitment process in the organization (Office & Store); Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding details. To ensure the on boarding requirements are done within timeline, keep track of recruitment lead time.
2. Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges/universities, and external recruitment partners, also participate in university visit as a guest speaker to ensure that the company has access to the widest possible pool of candidates to choose from.
3. Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate onboarding details.
4. Manage administration for new hire, employee transfer, promotion, and any administration related to HR documents. Partners with C&B and other HR SBU as needed to provide solutions for employees.
5. Facilitate New Employee On-boarding and Orientation / Induction program for new hires.
6. Manage Employee's Development Program & Engagement (broadcast team birthday, town hall, staff day, and new join announcement).
7. Remains current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to compete in market and within industry.
8. Actively participates in recruitment campaigns; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline.
9. Arrange employee engagement events, evaluate results and provide improvements for next events.
10. Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.
11. Support to evaluate issues, patterns, and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs.
12. Manage good & smooth Off-boarding process to ensure employee has a positive experience to generate faith when the employee departs as well as mitigate legal & security threats to the company.
