- Vietnamese locals are preferred; foreign nationals who are familiar with the Vietnamese market and hold valid work permits are also welcome.
- Fluent in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading and writing); basic Chinese or English proficiency is a plus for coordinating with the Chinese team.
- 1 year or more of field sales experience in Vietnam; experience in FMCG or e-commerce product field sales is preferred; fresh graduates or those without experience are acceptable, as the company provides systematic training.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented, outgoing and proactive, able to endure hardships, and adaptable to outdoor field work and business trips.
- Proficient in basic office software, able to sort out customer information independently; own transportation equipment, with a strong sense of responsibility and no bad work records.

Experience in online sales, field sales, or E-commerce is an advantage.
Ability to use social media and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Basic English communication skills or higher is a plus.
College/University students working part-time is welcome
