MAIN BUSINESS
The Director of Business Planning ensures effective development and execution of business strategies, accurate forecasting and planning, efficient management of marketing projects, comprehensive data analysis, careful financial planning, and coordination between departments for sustainable development.
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales and profitability for each store and the overall retail system. This includes understanding market trends, assessing competition, and analyzing customer needs.
2. Forecasting and Planning Management: Analyze sales data and forecast business outcomes to determine goals and operational plans for each store and region. This requires the ability to build accurate forecasting models and establish appropriate budget plans.
3. Project Management and Marketing Strategy: Ensure effective implementation of marketing and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase sales. Manage marketing projects such as advertising campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships with affiliate vendors.
4. Data Analysis and Performance Evaluation: Utilize data analysis tools to measure business performance of each store and propose improvement measures. This may involve analyzing customer traffic, sales volume, and net profit.
5. Financial Planning: Assist in budget planning for business operations, including advertising costs, store operating expenses, and investments in infrastructure improvement.
6. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to ensure coordination and integration in implementing business strategies.
7. Employee Training and Development: Guide and develop staff in the Business Planning department, providing them with the tools and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Korean and English is an advantage.
2. Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail market in Vietnam and consumer trends.
3. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail business or strategic management.
4. Foreign language: English communication skills, knowing Korean is an advantage
5. Computer Skills: Office computer skills
6. Skills
• Strong leadership skills, project management, and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
7. Personal Qualities
• Proactive problem-solving
• Strong communication, ethical conduct
• Willingness to learn and adapt
*CV language: English or bilingual English-Korean.
