The Director of Finance and Administration will be a core member of the senior management, alongside the Managing Director, and will be the right-hand and sparring partner of the CEO and Group CFO.
The job might be for YOU, if:
- Be a core member of the management team, alongside the business and segment heads;
- Be the point of contact for CEO and Group CFO for all finance/legal/administration matters;
- Lead the finance/legal/administration team, with end responsibility for timely and accurate accounting , including monthly closing management reporting and budgeting (in close collaboration with business heads and CEO)
- Tax filings (CIT, VAT, PIT, WHT);
- All business administration and legal requirements (incl. timely completion of annual audit, transfer pricing audit,...);
- Monthly and ad hoc finance reporting to Group CFO, tracking and managing of receivables and payables, ensuring appropriate documentation is in place (corporate, commercial, and HR);
- Maintain and build the network of external advisors, including tax advisors, finance consultants, and lawyers;
- Together with the management team, continuously question and improve processes and procedures.
