Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel, its services, and facilities, including dining, events, and accommodation.
- Lead marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, online travel agencies (OTAs), email, and traditional media to maximize brand exposure and drive bookings.
• Brand Management:
- Ensure consistency in the hotel's brand voice, messaging, and image across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Develop creative marketing initiatives to strengthen the hotel's market positioning and distinguish it from competitors.

Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, website management, and paid advertising campaigns to increase online visibility and direct bookings.
- Collaborate with digital agencies and internal teams to optimize online presence through website enhancements, guest reviews, and effective online advertising strategies.
• Public Relations & Communications:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, travel writers, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive publicity for the hotel.
- Create press releases, media kits, and guest communications to promote special offers, new services, and events.
- Act as the spokesperson for the hotel in media interviews and public events, handling any crisis communication as necessary.
• Event Planning & Promotion:
- Work closely with the sales and event planning teams to promote hotel facilities for events such as weddings, conferences, corporate events, and special functions.
- Develop marketing campaigns to attract and engage clients for large-scale events, working with event planners and agencies to maximize event visibility.
• Guest Engagement & Loyalty:
- Oversee guest communication programs, including loyalty programs, personalized guest experiences, and post-stay follow-ups to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
- Manage guest feedback platforms such as TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and social media to ensure timely responses and maintain the hotel's reputation.
• Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry, focusing on guest preferences and competitor analysis.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, guest satisfaction data, and booking patterns to inform future marketing strategies.
• Budgeting & Reporting:
- Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
- Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including campaign results, website traffic, social media engagement, and overall brand perception.
• Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage the marketing and communications team, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.
- Foster collaboration with other departments such as sales, food & beverage, and operations to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all areas of the hotel.
