Mô tả công việc
- Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans and forecast to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develop and recommend product positioning and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Direct product research and development.
- Ensure the smooth running operation relating to sales administrative and sales function, including direct supervision responsibility for all salespersons and event planning team.
- Ensure that all client's requests are attended to and fulfilled by all sales personnel and administrative staff.
- Supervise, manage and oversee of all aspects of the Sales division.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Actively participate in sales presentation, client inspection and customer meetings.
- Promote guest satisfaction by anticipating and addressing guests' issues and establishing proactive processes.
- Participate in community and professional organizations to maintain high visibility and promote a posive corporate image.
- Research and identify major prospects and formulate sales action plan to convert them into clients.
- Meet and entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship.

Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales & Marketing management experience, preferably in the luxury setting;
- Strong understanding of overall hospitality industry, as well as catering services;
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches;
- Strong understanding of global market that affect the local business and strong decision-making skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Ability to train and develop team members;
- Excellent organization, analytical skills and ability to take initiatives;
- Strong commands of computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software);
- Proper language skills according to the company needed.
- Strong understanding of overall hospitality industry, as well as catering services;

Salary negotiable depends on the ability + Revenue bonus
13th salary bonus, Tet bonus
Working time: 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Monday - Friday and every Saturday morning
12 days leave/year (Nghỉ 12 ngày phép/ năm)
