Director Operation & Maintenance Solar

*** Roles & Responsibilities:
• Routine Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance activities on solar arrays, inverters, and associated electrical systems to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar systems, including monitoring equipment, electrical components, and communication systems.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, evaluating the energy production of solar arrays, and identifying any deviations from expected results.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, build, and nurture a high-performing O&M team across the
• SEA region, ensuring alignment with company values, objectives, and strategies while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• System and Control Room Setup: Establish and oversee the implementation of a centralized system and control room for real-time monitoring, data collection, and analysis of plant operations, ensuring timely response to deviations and optimizing plant performance.
• Data Analysis: Analyze system data and performance reports to optimize energy production and identify areas for improvement.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all O&M activities are carried out in compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts and equipment, and reorder supplies as needed to minimize downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and provide reports to management and clients.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to execute maintenance activities effectively.
• Emergency Response: Be available for emergency response and repair activities in the event of system failures or critical issues.
• Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technology and O&M best practices, and provide training to junior technicians or site personnel as needed.
